Shipping Policy 
At Windcliff Hollow, we’ve worked to determine the best, most efficient shipping methods based on the merchandise you have selected.

We’ve also chosen the best professional carriers to ensure that you receive your order in excellent condition and in a timely manner.

Domestic Shipping Information
Our shipping methods vary, depending on the weight and size of the item(s) that you have selected. For example, a large item, such as a sofa, cannot ship in the same manner as a smaller item, such as a pillow. The sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier, and the pillow will ship via UPS.

We determine shipping methods on a case-by-case basis and will let you know the best method at the time of your order.

Please note that all of the shipping options below apply to orders sent within the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping Options
UPS STANDARD DELIVERY— Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders that total over $100.00 will qualify for free shipping. For orders that total less than $100.00, the price is dependent on weight and size of item(s). Specialty items such a furniture and carpets, shipping is calculated on individual item, basis. UPS EXPRESS DELIVERY— Your order should arrive within 2 business days. Price dependent on weight and size of item(s).

USHIP DELIVERY— uShip is our freight carrier of choice for larger items or furniture. Price dependent on weight and size of item(s).

Delivery of larger items or furniture pieces will be arranged directly with the customer via email or phone. Pricing varies.
